You may return new unopened items within 30 days of order date for a full refund once the return is approved. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result catalog error or listing error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You may be responsible for return shipping for products that were ordered via customer error, vehicle is sold prior to Installation, changed your mind, inaccurate description of reason for return.
If you need to return an item please Contact Us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, Year, Make, Model, Sub Model, Engine size of the vehicle, along with details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with an RMA Number, Return Label, and instructions for how to return your order or items from your order.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of you giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). Once we issue the refund it will take a few days for it to be credited back to your account.
